The Iron Range Flexible Employer Program was created to help workers in a tight labor market identify those employers that offer the benefits that mean the most to them, such as flexible schedules, ability to work from home, and child care options.

Employers may self-identify the types of family- or youth-friendly benefits they offer, and receive a logo to use on their own website, plus a window cling for storefronts.
